2020 Vision was founded in St. Louis in 2014.  We service all of the needs of high quality existing property owners and renters, home buyers and business professionals looking to improve the quality of their work and home habitats.  We began as a property management company in 2001. 

 

Thru the process of restoring homes that were built in 1904, we determined that:

- high efficiency property management and restoration services will always be a major need. 

- In addition, we observed that any new construction projects that will be around in the 22ndcentury (or the year 2114) must achieve the durability and strength of those 19th century homes while incorporating universal design and energy efficient elements of the 21st century.
